TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RETURNS:
Original tax invoice needs to be present when exchanging or returning and all items need to be the original packaging and unused.
- NO REFUNDS - store credit only will be given within 7 days from purchase.
- Branded Items: NO exchanges or refunds on branded items.
- Special/Catalogue/Non-stock items: NO refunds.Exchanges only within 7 working days.Returns only within 7 days for a store credit.
- ALL exchanges need to be done at Simon Workwear's premises in Randburg - unfortunately we can not do the exchange at the customers premises.The logistics and / or courier expenses will be for the customer to pay and organise.
- Simon Workwear reserves the right to not authorize any returns and to charge a handling fee of 15% on all returns.
General Terms:
- The responsibility for ensuring that the correct PPE gets specified for the end user, rests with the buyer and not Simon Workwear.
- Proof of payment: Orders will only be released once proof of payment has been received and payment has reflected in Simon Workwear’s account.
- Delivery: Quotation excludes delivery unless specified.Delivery lead-times are dependent on consignment weight and destination.Should you require a guranteed delivery date please organise your own courier to collect accordingly.Simon Workwear will not be held responsible if courier times are not met.
- All orders do need to be collected within 14 days afterwhich the order will be cancelled and returned to stock.
- Validity Period: Quotation valid for 14 days only. E & OE.
- Discounts: Discount applies to the quantity quoted only.
- Samples: All samples needed will have to be purchased from Simon Workwear and be returned within 7 working days to qualify for a full store credit on condition that they are in the original packaging, unused and in an acceptable condition.
- Laybys - Laybys are available with a minimum 25% deposit to reserve stock. Laybys may be kept for a maximum of 1 year. Payments welcome at any interval and at any amount therafter.
- Acceptance/Accuracy of quotation - Simon Workwear does do the quotation as accurately as possible - The customer does need to check the quotation for any errors and reply to the quotation to make amendments. Once the quotation is accepeted and / or paid we will supply as per quote unless otherwise specified .
- Non-stock items: Not all items quoted on are stock items. There will be a lead time for non-stock items.Please consult with your sales representitive to confirm lead time.
- Bank Account Details EFT: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all payment information, including bank account details, is accurate and up to date. In the event that funds are transferred to the wrong account, the customer shall bear full responsibility for any resulting loss, and the Company shall not be obligated to recover or reimburse such funds.
Branding and artwork:
- Lead Times:Branding lead MINIMUM TEN WORKING DAYS from artwork approval unless otherwise specified.
- Payments for Branding: 80% deposit is required before branding will commence. Balance is required before order is released.
- Simon Workwear cannot accept exchanges or returns on incorrect items which have already been branded.
- Minimum branding charge R300.00 excluding VAT.
- Artworks for approval will be started after payment has been received.
- Please supply artwork in hi-res vector format.
- If we do need to re-draw the logo there is a R500.00 excluding VAT fee and this may cause further delays.
Customising:
- Customising of garments will only commence after full payment has been received and a sample has been approved.
- No returns or exchanges on customised items.
